Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Voklira (“the Service”) at voklira.com, which is operated by Tinyclass LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use Voklira. You must be at least 16 and able to enter a contract; if you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm you can bind it.

Voklira is an AI video producer you talk to. From your brief it can read the web pages you point it at, capture them as screen recordings, search stock footage, generate images and short clips, write a script, and edit a finished video with an AI-generated presenter, voiceover and captions.

Scripts, voices, presenters and shots are generated automatically by AI. They can contain mistakes — a wrong claim about a product, a mispronounced name, an imperfect lip-sync. Review every video before you publish it; you are responsible for what you publish.

• You sign in with Google. Keep that account secure; you are responsible for activity on your Voklira account.
• One person, one account. Do not share access or open extra accounts to collect more free credits.

Paid work is charged in credits when it is queued: website captures, AI images and clips, custom presenters and the final render. The price of each step is shown in the app, and the agent asks before a step that would exceed your spending limit. If a job fails, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.

New accounts receive 100 free credits once. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and are not refunded when an account is closed.

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions — currently Creator $29, Pro $79 per month in US dollars, plus any applicable tax. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance shown on the pricing page.

Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically each month until you cancel. Your credit allowance resets at the start of each billing period; unused credits do not roll over. If we change a price, we will email you at least 14 days before it applies to your next renewal. If a payment fails, paid features stop until it succeeds.

You can cancel at any time from the billing page in the app. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan and its remaining credits stay active until the end of the period you have paid for. Your videos stay in your library afterwards.

Refunds follow our Refund Policy: your first payment can be refunded within 14 days if you have used less than 10% of that period's credits. Otherwise partially used periods are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

You keep ownership of what you give us — your briefs, uploads and the pages you ask us to capture, to the extent they are yours. You give us permission to store and process them, including sending them to the AI providers that power the Service, only to run the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Only point Voklira at websites and material you have the right to use in a video. Capturing your own product is the typical case; showing someone else's site, brand or content in a video you publish may need their permission.

Videos you make on the Pro plan come with a commercial license: you may use them in ads, on your channels and in client work, and edit them. Videos made on the Free and Creator plans may be published on your own channels, including to promote your own business, but not used as paid advertising, resold or made for clients. In every case the license covers our part of the work; it cannot grant rights in third-party material such as the websites you capture or the stock footage in the edit.

The built-in presenters and any custom presenter Voklira draws for you are AI-generated characters, not real people. You may use them in your videos under these terms, but not present them as a real, named person endorsing a product, and not in content that is defamatory, deceptive or sexual.

Do not impersonate real people. Do not ask Voklira to create a presenter, voice or script that imitates a real, identifiable person — including celebrities, public figures, customers or colleagues — unless you have that person's documented consent to use their likeness and voice this way. Where the law requires AI-generated or synthetic media to be labelled, labelling the videos you publish is your responsibility.

Stock clips and photos found through Voklira come from third-party libraries and remain licensed by their providers under the providers' own terms; we do not own them and cannot grant rights beyond those licences. Some licences restrict uses such as depicting identifiable people in a sensitive context or implying endorsement. Trademarks, logos and website content that appear in captures belong to their owners.

Do not use Voklira to:

• make content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexual content involving minors, or sexual content of any kind;
• impersonate a real person or organisation, or make misleading political content, fake news or fake testimonials;
• make false or unsubstantiated claims about products, including your own, in advertising;
• infringe someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights;
• scrape, bulk-download or resell the Service, or use it to build a competing product;
• get around credit or plan limits, or probe, overload, interfere with or reverse-engineer the Service.

We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules, after a warning where that is reasonable.

We work to keep Voklira running, but it is provided “as is” and may be interrupted, including when an AI or stock provider is unavailable. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue a paid feature you rely on, we will refund the unused part of your current period.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost ad spend, lost income or claims arising from videos you publish, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using Voklira at any time and ask us to delete your account at [email protected]. We may close an account that breaks these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive — such as liability — continue after your account ends.
