Voklira is operated by Tinyclass LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”). We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact us about privacy at [email protected].

We collect only what the product needs to turn your brief into a video:

• Account details — your name, email address and Google profile picture, received when you sign in with Google. We never receive your Google password.
• Your chats and briefs — the messages you send the producer, the links you give it and any files you upload.
• What we make for you — website captures, generated images and clips, scripts, voiceovers, custom presenters and finished videos, with when they were made.
• Credits and billing records — your plan, subscription status, credit balance and history, and your Stripe customer ID. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store them.
• Basic usage data — pages visited, the referring site or campaign, approximate location from your IP address, and aggregate click events, used to understand how people find and use Voklira.

• To research, capture, script, voice and edit your videos, and to let you download them.
• To keep your credit balance, bill your subscription and apply your plan's limits.
• To send account emails such as a welcome message and payment receipts.
• To answer support requests, prevent abuse of free credits and keep the service working.

Voklira is built on third-party AI providers: a language model plans and writes your video, and other models generate images and clips, synthesise the voiceover and lip-sync the presenter. We send each provider only what its step needs — for example the script text to the voice provider, or a presenter portrait and its audio to the lip-sync provider.

We do not use your content to train AI models of our own, and we do not publish it or show it to other users. Searches for stock footage send the search words, never your files, to the stock library.

When you give Voklira a link, it fetches that public page to read it and to make a screenshot for the edit. It does not log in to sites or capture pages behind a sign-in. Don't send links to pages that show personal data about other people.

Uploads, captures, generated assets and finished videos are stored on Cloudflare R2 and served through our content delivery network at cdn.voklira.com. Files are stored at unguessable addresses, but anyone you give a file's direct link to can open it.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that run Voklira for us, and only what each one needs:

• Google — sign-in.
• Stripe — payments and subscription management.
• AI, voice and lip-sync providers — planning, generating and editing your videos, as described above.
• Stock-footage libraries — search words only.
• Cloudflare — file storage, delivery and protecting the site from abuse.
• Hosting, database and email-delivery providers — to run the app, store your account and deliver email.

Some of these providers are in the United States and other countries; where the law requires it, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. We may also disclose data when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, and first-party cookies and local storage to carry a message you typed on the homepage through sign-in, remember where a visit came from and measure how the site is used. We do not use advertising cookies.

We keep your account, chats and videos while your account is open.

To delete your account and everything in it, email [email protected] from the address you sign in with. We delete your chats, files, videos and account data within 30 days. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Depending on where you live — including under the GDPR and the CCPA — you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we process it. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Data is encrypted in transit, access to production systems is limited to the people who run the service, and payment details never touch our servers. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we will tell you without undue delay.

Voklira is not directed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
