What does a credit buy?
Credits pay for the work in a video: a website capture is 1 credit, an AI still 3, a five-second AI clip 6, and the render 4 credits plus 1 per second of video and 4 per second the presenter is on camera. A 45-second video with about 15 seconds on camera comes to roughly 110 credits. Research, stock search and chatting are free.
How many videos do I get?
About 6 presenter videos a month on Creator and about 20 on Pro, at 45 seconds each. Videos with less time on camera, or none, cost less.
Can I use the videos commercially?
Yes, on the Pro plan: videos made while you are subscribed come with a commercial license for ads and client work. Stock footage stays licensed by its providers under their own terms.
What happens if a job fails?
If a capture, an AI shot or a render cannot be completed, its credits go back to your balance automatically.
Billing FAQs
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Your plan's credits reset at the start of each billing month, so the allowance is fresh every month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing page in the app and your plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for. You will not be charged again.
Can I get a refund?
Your first payment is refundable within 14 days if you have used less than 10% of its credits. After that, renewals and partly used months are not refunded. Failed jobs always get their credits back automatically. Details are in our Refund Policy.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from the billing page in the app. Changes are handled by Stripe, our payment provider.
How do I pay?
Checkout runs on Stripe and accepts the major credit and debit cards. We never see or store your card number.
Is there a free plan?
Every new account gets 100 free credits with no card required — enough for one 30–40 second presenter video.
